There are many best ways to reach Darjeeling –
#By Air-
Unfortunately, Darjeeling does not have its own airport but the nearest airport to Darjeeling is Bagdogra which is close to Siliguri. So, first you have to come to Bagdogra airport and then from Bagdogra airport you can book a bus or taxi which will take you to Darjeeling in a few hours.
#By Train-
•First you have to reach the jalpaiguri junction railway station which is the nearest railway station from Darjeeling  .there are numerous trains that operates to jalpaiguri railway station.From there pick a taxi,taxi will get you to Darjeeling Mall road.

#Best places to visit in Darjeeling?

•Once you reach Darjeeling mall road. After that, first of all you should book a hotel room near mall road which is the best option. You will get the best local food on mall road itself for around 150 to 200 rupees.

If you want to visit Darjeeling properly •then you must plan a 2-3 day trip.

1.Ghoom Monastery-

•It is also known as Yiga Choeling Monastery.It is considered as the first Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in Darjeeling.
•The timing of ghoom monastery for visitors is from 9 a.m to 6 p.m and it is open on every day of the week.there is no such entry fees but there are few charges may apply for photography- INR 10 and for videography-INR 50. In this place it is advisable to wear modest clothing as it’s a place of worship
